Is a nice quiet place they do play with you a little bit play raise your rent without notice but other than that it's safe and it's quiet I stay in the house the neighbors are neighborly.

They like to overcharge the resident. They also like to lose your lease information. Raise your rent without notice. They like to go into your home without a 24 hr notice. Takes over a yr to fix things if it gets fixed then. They change managers often then don't like to hold there doing to the previous manager. Also they don't like to talk to the resident about anything. When you bring up an issue about your apartment, they seem to give you a lease violation. They also like to give lease violation to the person that is not on the lease bout that person. The hr department don't care either. They know the people in there can't afford a lawyer to hold up against them in court. They dont care if you can use the bathtub or shower either because they dont want to fix a hole in the tub for about
