It's been a while since I've rented so I was a little skeptical of the lows that could come along with renting. Being with point to point reality has brought me more comfort than just an appt that I love. It's brought me the most thoughtful genuine property manager ever. Mrs. Starlet is not only caring but concerned with all the above that makes a tenant comfortable & satisfied. She not only listens but tackles all situations head on, no matter the time or how big. As a very responsible tenant, it's such a blessing to be in good hands. Mrs. Starlet is the absolute best & it brings me joy that point to point reality has such a phenomenal woman apart of there team. Thank you Mrs. Starlet for all you do 😊

I applied for this rental after it was listed at $2,025 and marked as pet-friendly. After paying the application fee, I was informed the fee was actually higher than advertised, the rent was “incorrect” and should be $2,250, and that pets are not allowed — directly contradicting the listing. • The rent was actually $2,250 (not $2,025 as advertised) • Pets are not allowed (contrary to the listing) These are material misrepresentations that directly impacted my decision to apply. We tentatively agreed to $2,150, but the pet policy still did not match the advertisement. I was told someone would follow up regarding my application fee refund due to these discrepancies, and no one ever did. Within 18 hours the listing price was changed, and 10 days later it was reposted again at $2,025 and p
