Point and Ravine

Marycruz and Pamela are awful people. They do not know how to speak to people correctly. We missed the previous super on site who has done amazing job with many coordination. The present maintenance staff do not speak English and can’t understand me. It’s really hard when communicating. This building is turning into a bad building and wishing the building was great. This is the community manager Mary, bad person who doesn’t listen to her residents

I have had enough with this lady from the offices both lady unprofessional. This place is going to fall if the professional level doesn’t exceed. Let’s begin with Pamela; she talks behind residents back. She gives cold shoulder where people are afraid to ask her questions. She has a foul mouth she plays loud music in the office. This lady is not fit for that front desk. They should wave a skunk in front of her because of foul mouth Marry is another one with attitude an doesn’t listen to what us resident are addressing to her. She will be fit for a job where your invisible as her present isn’t hardly available. The building is clean and nice I would say, it’s the office that’s bringing all to the ground.

Maintenance team is great and goes above and beyond from cleaning to fixing. My issue is with the office, Pamala Hamlet from the front desk needs to go. She doesn’t know how to give instructions or how to speak to residents. I can definitely say she has violated many fair housing laws with other people in the building that I have spoken with. She should not run the front desk, she’s always complains and makes smart comment and loud on us who lives here. The Mary lady with the blond hair, she is okay. She can be mean but doesn’t disrespect like Pamela, I will continue to watch all moves in this office and document and reach out to who I have to reach out to

Reaching out desperately to attempt to speak to a Human. I spoke to Pamela and i explain your system claims i don’t qualify she explain she will send me the actual application for your 2 bedroom. Owner sold property i currently live in so i’ve applied emailed written and called. I really need straight answers to apply and i know i meet the criteria because im in property management. Pamela was the only human i spoke to ever!

Henry and Maintenance team keep everything spotless, unfortunately the weekends when team isn’t around the building is completely a mess because residence’s don’t not clean up after themselves. There are residence on the 4th floor who are completely nasty and stain the carpets. Kudos to Juan who cleans the building and Christian who is very efficient with cleaning the grounds.
