Poinsett Commons Apartments

Apartment is roomy and updated ( fairly new, within 5 years) parking is limited especially due to extra cars from people who don’t live there and people who have more than one car, plus people who live with other people there but not on the lease . Probably a problem everywhere ! Maintenance man is regularly there and water is included as well as trash and the electric bill is not that expensive and the problem with the apartment is they put flat paint on all the walls and everything shows up on that , but they do allow you to paint if you want. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom is nice with walk in closets the kitchen is small, no cabinet space hardly especially if you are a cook & no food storage space but there is a place for a washer and dryer but bring your own and there is a small laundry roo

Poinsette Commons Apartments is an awesome place to live. We have amazing management and all things asked for are done. The manager Carrie Fisher is very friendly, and she always asks how we’re doing. She’s really cares about her tenants welfare.

Apartments have garbage dumpster right downwind ;odor was a problem. Managers are rude +unknowledgeable + got me out bc of me complaining about smokers inside apt in a non-smoking bldg. Ended up having throat tumor bc of that. Apartments r cheaply constructed. They r income based and location is great if u have to walk to food store or downtown area.

Posting for a resident. Eighty year old requiring oxygen. A/C has been out 2 business days with zero response. It’s 89 degrees in her apartment.
