Poinciana Village by Century Complete

We purchased a home with Century. Our overall experience was not great. We went into contract in October with an estimated completion of January, every month our estimated completion date changed. We just closed last week. Our rep, Natasha Velazquez was absolutely no help, and has a disgusting attitude. Toward the end after complaining several times we were finally given a new rep. Our home has a lot of minor issues. Toilets shaking, lots of little spots that aren’t sealed correctly so ants and bugs keep coming in, and several more. To top it off it’s been a week since we closed and they still have their porta potty sitting in the front of our driveway. I love our home, however in the future we would likely not purchase through this company again.

I recently bought a house, I have been having problems with the energy in some areas, my air conditioning was damaged and they sent me a company other than the one with the guarantee, they told us to pay the technician that they would return the money, they told us that they would send an electrician to the house to solve the problem I have not been able to open the garage for two weeks, and I still have not received the money, they only send emails but they do not solve anything ... I am thinking of going to the city and requesting a follow-up .. .

Been trying to contact with concerns regarding my home for days. No response. Office address is not an office. Horrible and stressful experience.
