I had the pleasure of working with Erica Castro and my experience was amazing from start to finish. She is very polite and knowledgable in her field. She had no issues with the millions of questions and concerns that I shot her way. She gave very informative answers. She goes the extra mile to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want. During my home buying process, her daughter became sick, but she was still trying to make sure I has happy and pleased every step of the way. That was unbelievable to me and just goes to show that she takes much pride her work and really cares about her clients. If you're looking for a realtor she is the way to go!!!

If I could, I would give POIG Realty ten stars! My previous realtor had the listing for 6 months (June to December) and never got a legitimate offer. I signed up with POIG Realty mid December and they got me a $400 K cash offer the first week January!!! I was in my new home by the first of February. I will always be grateful to POIG Realty for going above and beyond to sell my townhouse!
