My wife and I have been with pocatello property specialist for five years now it has been super awesome. Best property management company I have ever been with hands down would rate 10 stars if possible. Thank you all for being apart of this incredible journey. Can't thank you all enough! I rented from them for 4 1/2 years and have been very satisfied with them. They have always been very communicative regarding any interruptions or service that is needed. Any service requests I did have, were addressed right away. I will definitely rent from them again.

I’m giving PPS 5 stars not only because of their fast maintenance response, but also because of their communication skills. The ladies at the office are not only bright, kind, and polite, but they are 10/10 on top of things that suit your needs and safety! As a Mother it’s important to me to have open communication and my children’s safety in top priority! If i could do no stars I would.. Currently very unsatisfied with my experience. Within a week of living in one of their properties, we found the place had bedbugs. I called and they just told me to "wash my bedding and shut the door." They also tried to make it seem like I had brought the bedbugs which I definitely did NOT. Her actual words upon me telling her about the bedbugs were "We evicted the people before you for them. But I dont know how they're still there cause everything is new." What they failed to mention is that they did not properly treat the home along with the renovations. They did get an exterminator quickly, but refused to do a heat treatment, even after the health department specifically told me they needed to. This review is for not only Pocatello Property Specialists, but also for their property on W. Whitman in Pocatello. There should be a choice to leave zero stars. The property is a dump. It’s not well maintained. The lack of management here is unacceptable and shocking. The photos were taken when the property was rented. Absolutely, disgusting!! How can management allow such negligence?!? The building is saturated with animals that are not service animals, but management (Donna) still overlooks this. The problem with these animals lie with their owners who consistently let their pets poop around the building without cleaning up after them. You will regularly see piles of poop coming in and out of your apartment. Management does NOTHING! Even with regular complaints from tenants, Donna make
