When concerns are raised — particularly around fines and community matters — they often go unanswered or are met with vague, non-committal replies. PMI Treasure Valley wouldn't be what it is with its owner Paul Justice. As a HOA board President, I have been working Paul for 2+ years now. My experience has been very positive.
