I have been a tenant with PMI South Atlanta for close to two years. To be able to rent from a very professional, courteous, caring & understanding property management company has truly been a breath of fresh air. The townhome I am renting is in great condition. However, anytime maintenance is needed, Rafet & Elizabeth ensure the requests are handled in a timely manner. At all times, they have also followed through by asking me to provide feedback as to whether the job was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. I have never experienced such care and professional follow up & am an extremely happy, amazed and grateful tenant.

I have been under different management companies, and so far, I have had wonderful experiences with renting from this company. I have met with the manager Rafet and he’s very kind, but the majority of my dealings are with Elizabeth who is over maintenance. She always make sure the things are done that needs repairing or replaced in the townhouse that I am renting from them. Of course the company can’t do anything without the owners permission. I needed information from her for filling a renter’s insurance claim and she really helped me out with this process. Elizabeth is very kind, patient, and helpful, which makes renting from PMI a very enjoyable experience. I am so glad that the owner chose this company to handle their property management.

With well over 50 properties to manage it was tough letting go. The people at PMI South have "melded us in" . The difference in our daily stress has gone from 100% to nearly ZERO. The Residents are instructed to call PMI South and so far, with the exception of one or 2, that has happened. There prompt and very fair with pricing.
