Ed is completely nonresponsive and unprofessional. The Lease agreements are not worth the paper they’re written on. He is pro tenant not pro owner of the property of which he represents And gets paid to do. He doesn’t go by the property for inspections which lead to serious damage to my home. He has no idea what he’s doing. He doesn’t reply to phone calls, text messages, or emails. He’s very assuring as a trusted property manager while trying to get your business; however once he has it He is totally different. He is not prompt with processing rental payments. He’s late on submitting required Financial documentation. Most times they’re never completed.

Went to look at a house during a snow storm new year's weekend. That was the only time the agent could meet. We told the agent, Ed August, that we couldn't complete the application until after the holiday because he could not take payment in person for the processing, and he was fine with that. We went over specifics : move in date, rent rate, and he encouraged me to talk to my current landlord to see if I could be out in less than 30 days. My landlord agreed, and the agent took another application and prioritized it over mine. Not only that but he did not return a single call or email over a time span of nearly 3 weeks! After trying to get one word in . I was done going thru this real estate company. They want to book u for 2 months later. U just have the feeling nobody will be available to call u back the way the conversation has gone. A friend of mine was working with this company and almost at a closing and after a promise made and even papers signed they pulled some funny buisness about adding another 15 thousand dollars that took a ur to actually get a home and it was never spoken about. I'm glad my friends turned it down and by doing so they lost 2000 themselves . Now after 3 yrs waiting for that money back .. they just threw it away.. didnt go to court ect. Ed is currently managing a property for our family while we are abroad. He found excellent tenets for our home and he remains very accessable. We feel very grateful for his services.
