I have owned a rental property for more than 20 years and have had several property management companies. PMI Reno is the best, and I only wished I had found them years ago. Rhonda is so professional and takes her job seriously. She is quick to respond and takes care of my asset like it was her own. I truly appreciate all that you do Rhonda! She is the best. Love living here!! Fantastic units at a great value, and the property manager Rhonda is amazing. She stays on top of all sorts of issues before they even become problems, gets maintenance out promptly, and has even worked with me during the government shutdown when I've been a little tighter than usual on funds. She definitely creates win-win situations both for the property owners and for the tenants. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Definitely recommend!!

We enlisted PMI after a thorough search of property management companies in Reno. As owners of multiple units they manage, my husband and I have had a great experience. We’ve worked closely with Nick, who is kind, communicative, proactive, and thorough. Highly recommend.

It's probably not often that tenants take time to thank and compliment their property manager, but that's exactly what I am going to do. I've been renting a condo/apartment in downtown Reno for a bit more than a year now. I have a very good property manager whom I've worked with several times to answer questions, resolve some maintenance issues, and help negotiate a renewed lease. Her name is Lisa Pilling of PMI Reno.
