PMI Grand Tetons

PMI Grand Tetons has been very good to us. When our water heater went out they went above and beyond to ensure we had a new one. When that was installed it turned out the thermostat was already broken in the new one. Brad drove to the next closest town that had a hardware store still open in the evening past 5pm and came right back and got it installed and working. Most places would have just said we will get to it tomorrow. They have always contacted me in ample time prior to upgrades, repairs, and inspections and make me feel they understand a perons need for privacy and sense of security. I’ll admit I didn’t like the way my husband blew up on Eddye. He should of been more Mature about the situation but overall I am really disappointed. The rent was nice and we didn’t really have that many problems except for the apartment is kind of trash. We had to have the maintenance man come over several times to fix the stove, fix the shower, fix the door, and the apartment gets filled up with mold no matter how often you clean it. Eddye told us we could renew our lease for another year. She specifically told us this less than 3 weeks ago. Then a month before our lease is up we got a non-renewal lease and have 30 days to leave the premises. Tried telling us it was because they need to remodel the place but it was very inconvenient. Called for an apartment that has availablity in a lil over week on their website as I am in rush to get a roof over my head. Crystal, told me the listings are online when I called, it appears she does not want to spend much time on phone so I went on their website and paid for the applicatipn of the 1BR were interested in. We got nothing from them besides the application's receipt, not even a confirmation/follow up email regarding the unit. I called back the next day as I want to move in as soon as I can, another person answered she puts me on hold to talk to Crystal as she is in charge of this property, she then got back to me to say, Crystal said someone is putting a down payment "today" by "5pm" (you know when businesses close) we will let you know if it doesnt go through. Worst landlords ever! They stole our deposit and tried to charge us another $750 for carpets that were already fraying and stained when we moved in just so she could raise the rent for the next tenants. Eddye claims she is the most fair person you will meet but she proved otherwise! There were never any cats in that house while we were there, only in the garage
