Our home it’s been for sale for the last 9 months, four months ago we had a cash buyer which requested for our HOA documents and clearance, PMI management gave the buyer a hard time and didn’t provide the complete documentation, so we lost that sale, another buyer recently made an offer and contract, but again the PMI of Deland to told that we had violation of grass maintenance, we never received a violation, five months ago we received a warning about our grass being damaged, due to the last lawn-taker and it needed to be treated, we had Massey spray it for the last two months and we had to wait to complete the treatment before we replaced it or re-grow, that was last we heard from the HOA.
