Plymouth Inn Assisted Living

My recent visit to Plymouth Terrace left a lasting impression. Kelli, our tour guide, deserves special mention for her exceptional service. Her knowledge and willingness to address all my questions made the tour informative and enjoyable. What truly stood out was the extensive array of activities available at Plymouth Terrace. It's evident that the staff is deeply committed to creating a lively and engaging environment for residents. The diversity of activities catering to various interests and abilities is commendable, fostering a strong sense of community and well-being.

I just placed a loved one at the Plymouth Inn. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care. Everyone there makes you feel like family! The activities are engaging, the food is delicious, and the care is outstanding. Best decision!

What professional place of business ghosts people?! This one. Kelli turned out to be a friendly fraud. My aunt was never evaluated in person, but I found out today through a 3rd party referral that she’s not a good fit because of a corporate policy….which I assume is discriminatory. My aunt has developmental delays. Kelli could have shared this policy directly but instead she’s been dodging calls / texts since March. The third party also said they kick people out when things don’t work out for people like my aunt. I’m leaving this review for other and also thanking God this didnt work out. Cant imagine what goes on behind closed doors, because they are obviously unprofessional, at best.

My sister Karen was a resident at Plymouth Terrace from 2018 to 2021. Our family could not of found a better place for our sister. She had suffered a stroke in 2005 at age 55. Up until 2018, she was able to live in an independent living apartment. Her needs became too great that she had to move to assisted living. We have been nothing but pleased with the director, the nurses, the aides and basically all their employees. She was monitored on a regular basis to see if she needed anything. Her apartment was kept clean, her laundry was always done and she was given showers on a regular basis. Everytime I called the facility, I was treated with respect and had my questions or concerns dealt with in a timely manner. The staff went over and beyond to keep Karen happy and comfortable. A

Had a very good experience as I visited yesterday on behalf of my Mom. Everyone is an employee and all are engaged with the elderly they serve. Lots of activities including services with Communion. Well rounded OT and PT area. Well balanced meal selections.
