This company has earned our 5 star! Marina of Plus Property (Lompoc office) assisted us every step of the way in Mar. 2025 to prepare a move from WA. State to Lompoc, Ca & this is regarding a rental I saw online that was still available. New renters, honestly, if you want no issues with paying rent on time or you notice certain repairs needs to be addressed & your a Renter..my advice.. download their App. Your request is expedited alot quicker than you would expect. Works for me. Have nothing but great praise to Plus Property staff & their hired contractors for providing excellent professional renters/repair services. Terrible, I repeat TERRIBLE place. They are extremely rude, they have no common decency or respect. They ignore service requests until it’s too late, just trying to save every penny they can with no regards to you or your living conditions. Sometimes I’d come home to an unlocked door that I definitely remembered locking, which is weird because it happened more than a couple of times. The worst part of my day was coming home and I left as soon as I could. May the building be condemned and no one ever live there again.

Lindsey has been incredible. She has made the entire process feel like a breeze. I have had some terrible experiences in the past with property managers but she is wonderful. She is very communicative! I feel super confident leaving my house under their care! I highly recommend Lindsey and Plus Property Management!

We have been renting from Plus for about 5 months now, and the whole process has been a great experience. Lindsey and Tracy particularly were SO kind and helpful as we were searching for a property that would be a good fit for our family. They worked with us to find a home that is exactly what we were looking for, and made the process of moving simple and easy.
