This has got to be the worst apartment complex in all of Columbus if not the state of Ohio. Courtesy of Elon Housing Management all tenants are now subject to cockroach infestation due to the improper handling of infestation services. Lack of notice (we are talking less than 24 hour notice to evacuate the apartment with the threat of a fine) and months with no follow up. Not to mention the plethora of other abuses this apartment has put their disabled elderly tenants through. Including roof repair with no notice, neglected snow, ice, and trash piled up in the parking lots. The treament from Plumwood apartment management has been despicable. someone has to answer for this before an inevitable lawsuit ensues due to these unsanitary conditions. God help anyone who seeks housing here. Bugs

I lived there for three years. It was descent enough at first. All hell broke loose when Carole took over. That's when the bugs started. And I mean BUGS! Roaches! Like I'd never seen before. Carole blamed all of us. I didn't bring them in. They weren't my pets. I got nothing but grief from Carole on this and many other issues. I'm a disabled senior and I barely got out of there in one piece. I wish the housing authority would handle them. I'll pray 🙏 for the people living there.

I rate it 0 stars … there was cockroaches and insects everywhere ….. the stove barely worked …… everything was outdated and the prices are outrageous then sum you bunch money to a collector after I told them is this the last payment I don’t need to worry anymore but they lied to my face

Plum wood apartments is an amazing place for first time renters or anyone looking for new apartments. Very spacious, well maintained units and friendly staff. The office staff does a good job at getting back to you about any inconveniences. Been living here for 2 years so far me and my family love it.

Good neighborhood but shady business practices. Beware when you apply. We applied for a $750 apartment online and it said it was open to move in in a few weeks. Once I paid the $120 application fee and finished the paperwork, I noticed on my application that the unit was marked as "unavailable". A few days later I received a call stating we were not approved but they couldn't tell us why. I went in a few days later and asked the property manager and she argued that there were never any apartments available for $750 and I was mistaken. I wouldn't have applied for a higher dollar rent because it was out of our budget, so I know what I applied for. I explained our situation (trying to move out quickly to get out of an abusive situation) and she stated she'd try to get the decision reve
