Highly pleased with the living conditions here at Plum Creek. Very well managed and upkept by the GM, Maria. She really helped facilitate our application process, as well as our move in, really happy to have her as a property manager. Never thought I would call this place “home” so quickly. Thank you for everything Maria. : )

I've been trying to rent since they first opened. I qualified and didn't get in. They wanted the rent to hold the apartment even when the woman said she dsn't have any.

The never answer the phone, They open late close early and not open on the weekends which can be inconvenient with individuals who work at night and get off early and when someone needs assistance on the weekend when its not a emergency. Now when a work order is put in they will get to it within the next day, the community is kept clean, when the office people are present they are usually nice but overall getting in contact with them is slim to none on a daily basis. I wanted to move back with them but remembered itll be last minute before I even hear from someone so I am moving to a complex where the communication is better then this place

Me and family went to the leasing office for the availability of an apartment and the manager who literally looks like a woman of color but who am I to assume her ethnicity was so racist towards me and my family. There were different ways to handle the situation and she decided to be rude and hostile. If you are looking for somewhere to live and look hispanic I’d look for another complex because she might throw your paperwork at you.
