PLP Management

I lived in Stanford Manor the past 6 months and they are doing a great job with the remodels! My apartment was recently done and everything was new. Shanna was always friendly, fast to respond, and made the move in process easy. Rent was reasonably priced compared to other rental companies in town. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the property is still under remodels so there is construction noise, the parking lot is in bad shape, and the hallways look run down. When people would visit they would say the apartment surprised them how nice it was considering the old exterior/hallways. I guess you get what you pay for, but was hoping it would be fixed. Ashley was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful with all of my questions and made the process super easy when in most places it is difficult, not here with PLP Management, they were extremely wonderful!! I would recommend this property management to anyone and everyone!

Been living in a PLP managed property for 2 years, going on 3 and highly recommend them! Shanna has been great at responding to any questions or parking issues. Maintenance requests have been dealt with very quickly and professionally. Very reasonably priced with rent only increasing by $25 each year, no hidden fees or shady practices.

Don't trust Chelsea. One year ago, I rented a Green Acres apartment and she withheld information about the banging i heard when looking at an apartment, first off. It was teen boys living below me banging balls against the walls. That would go on for hours EVERY DAY. Then i got bites on my ankle within the first few nights living there. I found a bedbug in the laundry machine. I took a picture and showed the maintenance guy and sent it to her and she tried to say the exterminator said it's not a bedbug, but if it was then I brought them in because they only live in a boxspring. I was at my previous place for 7 years and i know i didnt have them there. I started to believe my pets brought in fleas, but it WAS bedbugs. Denial is a bish and Chelsea is a major gaslighter. Shanna (property manager) was great during my lease. She was always quick to respond, more than accommodating to my moving schedule (I moved cross-country for graduate school), and was a great property manager all-around. I lived in Dynasty, and felt it was a good price for what was provided, and having Shanna as the property manager made my experience that much better.
