I have had bad experience from the jump. I have attempted to reach the regional and her supervisor for next steps. I’ve moved into a “renovated” unit that needs repairs. From water leaks to walls with damage to my storage unit being disgusting. Even my peep hole you can’t see out of. I have tried to reach out with my issues and complaints but no one is getting back with me to actually be accountable and discuss why this is happening. I have sent so many emails and instead of fixing they HALF fix EVERYTHING. I will be contacting my lawyer and placing my rent in escrow until all changes are done. Everything is half done and if I wanted issues I would’ve remained in the home I was in!!!

American roaches, Oriental roaches, German roaches, they're all here! The last 4 months of living at Elevation 800 have been a complete nightmare. PLK Communities, the company that owns and manages Afton Palms, operates with a stunning mix of incompetence and insensitivity that would almost be impressive if it weren’t so infuriating. For the love of god I’ve had roaches for almost two years now. management does not care!!! I’ve been the only one and a select who gets sprayed every two weeks. for the past 2 years!! This building is infested at brixworth and they are too incompetent to realize because the tenants here claim they don’t see any. Only i complain so management puts the blame on me that i am infested with roaches. nobody else but me. my first treatment to my most recent bomb that did absolutely nothing they already bombed two other units in november that did not stop anything.

Madison is one of the best sales representatives I’ve dealt with!!! In January I will be looking for; Continuous Care, rental or (new) condominium. My brother has me more interested in condos.
