Pleasanton Place

Good living experience so far. Safe and quite environment. Residents here are friendly. Service team responds to request fast and does their job well. One kitchen cabinet has loosened screws and I have a question about the venting fan, but I have not asked the service team for help yet and if I do, I believe they will respond.

I have been living at Pleasanton Place for many years. Maintenance and team is responsive when there is an issue. The place had some investmentd done recently: paintings, parking resurfacing and some other improvements in some appartments. The place has been attracting more families with kids over the years creating a sense of neighborhood. Overall I would recommend a a place to live

A few months in and my husband and I are loving Pleasanton Place! Work orders are done quickly and maintenance is great. Stephanie also made the move in process super easy and was very informative! Great customer service on their end!

This is a no-nonsense apartment that I have ever lived. Maintenance workflows are lighting fast. I take decisions on impulse at times and leasing this was one when my wife and I had a good first impression and assessment. After 6 months now, I don't regret on it. Keep it up.
