Moving for the first time to CT has definitely been life changing, life altering, but we found a wonderful place in Pleasant View. We are beyond thankful to Vanessa for guiding and supporting us in this transition with anything we needed all with consistent effort, kindness, and communication. Brad is super awesome and has taken care of all of our maintenance needs in such a timely manner all while being the only maintenance man on site. We love our home, the layout is gorgeous, the appliances are great, and we plan on calling it our home for years to come. Our neighbors are also very kind and respectful. It truly is a wonderful community. We are so happy to raise our child here. Thank you Vanessa & Brad!!!
Great place to live. Beautiful facility. Friendly community. The community manager, Vanessa, has been kind and is always checking in with the community. They offer a nice rewards program and the area is a great place for kids to ride bikes, make friends, and have fun.
Brad with maintenance is a great help and super super kind!
