Pleasant Pointe Apartments

Building is older but in reasonable shape. For the price it is a deal. Staff and fellow residents are friendly. 1 year update still like living here lot of activities monthly pot luck where management supplies the meat. Donut days and monthly cake and ice cream for birthdays. The here are some clicks here but enough open people to make friends. Plenty of parking. Eric from Lombard IL

The building is very old and has constant plumbing issues. First floor apartments have been flooded many times. Maintenance is slow and does not always repair the first time. They can't seem to keep maintenance very long. They only have 3 washers and dryers for the whole building that always break down. Very hard to find one to use. Manager does not treat people equal. The only positive thing that I can say about pleasant point is that housekeeping does a very good job of keeping the place clean.
