My husband and I have had the most amazing experience with Stanley Martin Homes! From the beginning, Mike & Gunnar have been incredible to work with. They have both been very responsive, have made us feel heard, and have been very patient with our MANY questions. No question ever felt too small or insignificant, even though I am certain many of our questions were. They were both very transparent with us from the start, and never once did my husband or I feel pressured into buying anything. The professionalism and kindness of the team made what could've been been a stressful process actually enjoyable. Mike has also gone above and beyond by sending us updates frequently on the progress and status of our new build. We have also recently connected with Ali who I believe is one of the project

Leah went above and beyond at this location. She answered all our questions with in depth answers, reworked multiple house/options. Always with a super happy and upbeat attitude, no matter how many times we changed our mind. I could not recommend Leah enough she was a dream to work with. If you are looking for a new home you should absolutely reach out to Leah/ Stanley Martin.

Unless you're making money for them, they could care less about anything else.
