Plaza Verde Apartments

They say it is for elderly AND DISABLED. However if you are not elderly they make the rules where u r perpetually on the wait list forever. Totally unfair waisting someones time with promises (not hard enough already for a girl to find an wheelchair accessible apartment)

They (management)are not trust worthy. Management had me signing 2 lease agreements a year and they were getting paid twice for rent,management and corrupt attorneys were taking money out of my trust funds. Maintenance is lazy,they are bullies and are rude to the elderly. I lived there almost 9 years. The assistant manager will go in your room when you are not in and take things. Maintenance will complain about everything and everybody. No they are not friendly people,they are phony. Good luck living there

Very nice and professional and very productive in getting your things done to help you get moved. And you can call down for any kind of help you need with anything once you get moved in and they are all very happy to help you with your Apartment and any work order that you have, you get fast and Curious Service and they are Always Happy to help you.

A very good place to live. A very well maintained buliding. Very organized, Melissa the building manager is very understanding and works above and beyond her duty's, along with the staff!

Passing along this as an alternative for seniors who qualify. Understand from administrator Melissa that wait-lists apply. These days, it pays to check early.
