Plaza 93 Apartments

I like living here. I think it is quite, I face the North parking lot and I never have had an issue with theft or it being busy. I have not seen homeless people around here, also the building is locked entry. I have an ESA for my dog and I didn't have an problems with them accepting me. When I have a maintenance request, Lavone is prompt, like same day getting it done. When I moved in, they didn't have a property manager on site, since Malina has been here, they put cameras up at the doors for safety, Malina is cool, she is about business and she is really trying to create a community. She is very personable, seems like she has a lot of experience with property management. She is open to helping you resolve your issues, and you can grab a cup of coffee why your down there. The tenants here

The property manager is fantastic. I had scheduled a tour for a specific apartment, but she showed me three apartments, and I decided on a different one that better suited my needs.I was glad she took the time to show me a different apartment instead of honing in on the apartment I scheduled to tour. She has been very helpful throughout this entire process. I chose to move to Plaza 93 because of the personal attention and friendliness of the property manager. The apartment I'm leasing is also very nice. The owners have spent money to renovate and use quality materials in the renovation of the apartments. I highly recommend taking a look at Plaza 93 Apartments if you are in the market for a nice, affordable apartment.

Very beautiful units the studio is just amazing elegant modern vibe through and through. Staff is incredible and the maintenance is the cherry on top. If you’re looking for modern great management and amazing upkeep definitely try them. You won’t be disappointed.

I have lived here for 8 years and I was planning on moving until we got Malina. She has done more for this place than any previous manager. She is kind, considerate and a great listener.

Constantly making inexcusable mistakes. Rotted building, condemnable plumbing. Low to no standards. Poor office service ever since NP dodge sold property. They neglect the elderly community that lives there, amongst other things. 0 out of 10 would NEVER recommend.
