I viewed a few different apartments and had a great experience while viewing. Very knowledgeable about the buildings and any questions I asked about each unit and pricing. She made sure to show ones in my price range and was extremely inviting, plus very easy to get into contact with for appointment scheduling. Highly recommend if you are thinking about booking an apartment viewing.

Great responsive answers from leasing representatives, especially Pam. Despite living out of state I was able to get plenty of information, photos, and videos of units. Application process is straight forward.

So I’ll start off with saying overall this is a very nice apartment. I love the layout and look of my apartment with the wood floors and high ceilings, I love the location of the complex, and overall Perry Reid the property management is pretty good. I haven’t had any bug issues or mold issues either. But the reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the noise bleed is borderline unbearable. Before signing a lease for this apartment, I was warned that the outside noise could be pretty bad at times from the neighboring clubs on weekends. I was ok with this as I don’t mind some music and noise bleed coming through on weekends, and it really hasn’t bothered me since moving in as it’s always over by 2am latest and it’s on weekends so I don’t have to be up early. However, what I was not warned

ABSOULTELY GORGOUS APARTMENTS!!! I fell in love with the apartments as soon as I walked in. I had such a hard time choosing which one to rent. They all have so much character. I am so happy to say I am moving in Oct 1st. They are in a great location in downtown Wichita in walking distance to everything. I looking forward to my move.
