This company is seriously fantastic at property management. My wife and I both work and have two small children, and simply don't have time for much else. I almost forget that I own a rental property sometimes, Playa takes care of every detail to the point that I don't think about it at all. Paula has managed my condo rental property for around 5 years and has done a stellar job. Every concern has been promptly addressed, and repairs taken care of for me at a good price through their contractors. Playa has been managing our rental property for 3+ years and we have been fortunate to have Tasha Carroll as Property Manager. She takes a vested interest in the property, reports any issues immediately and has a down to earth approach to everything that is required. She is well backed by the Playa team who run a very professional business. We leased with Playa Management for two years and could not have been more pleased. Mr. Randy was a great property manager and extremely helpful. He represents the interest of the owner and renter very well. We would totally still be with them if the owner had not decided to sell the property that we were living in. This company is amazing when it comes to repairs and maintenance. The vendors they use are very good. They were very fair when we moved out and did not keep any part of the my deposit that was not agreed upon (don't forget to cut grass before you leave :0)). I was very grateful for my experience with them and will totally refer them.

Can not say enough good things about my experience with Playa. The town-home we rented was in fantastic shape. The maintenance and service request system is incredibly fast, and paying rent is easy. Great people to work with as well. Sally, our property manager, was amazing from start to finish and we couldn't have asked for a better contact.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Playa Realty. When we first expressed interest in viewing an available rental property, I had a response the very next morning scheduling a viewing. The application process was smooth and I liked being able to do everything online. We had everything signed and we were moved in within 30 days! Our landlord was very precise in doing the move-in walk through which was very important to us as our previous landlord was less than professional. In our time in the unit we've only had one maintenance issue that took a few repairs to resolve, but the entire time a professional repair company was out almost immediately addressing the problem, and at no point did anyone seem frustrated with us as tenants for reporting the issue.
