Platinum Property Management

Great experience! I researched property management companies for several months before choosing Platinum properties. From day one, the service has been impeccable! Jennifer Locklear was our first point of contact, and did an amazing job representing them! We haven’t met the rest of the team, in person, but man, are they good! Jeni Granade and Phil Earley another set of great folks, only adds to Platinum’s amazing team, and I’m 100% sure you will see the difference in management companies with the first phone call to them! Updated review: I lived at 5544 Reps Trace for 15 months and kept the home in great condition. Unfortunately, the move-out process with Platinum Property Management has been a nightmare of shifting stories and unfair charges. Despite Lisa Ragsdale specifically asking me to post a positive review to make the company look good, I cannot ignore how they’ve handled my security deposit. They withheld $375.00 for 'scuffs' in high-traffic areas (entryway and stairs) that their own 'Move-Out Guide' defines as Normal Wear and Tear. Specific issues I encountered: • Inconsistent Charges: The descriptions for the $125 and $250 charges changed multiple times between my walk-through and their emails. They couldn't seem to decide which wall was which. • Lack of Evidence: During our meeting, they admitted

Platinum has been very awesome and easy to work with so far. They have taken care of everything and have been very responsive. Jennifer L has been especially great as she has always answered all of my requests and questions and was able to get our property ready for rental and then rented in less than a couple weeks on the market. Phil was also great during the onboarding process and when I was first exploring property management companies. He helped explain everything and how Platinum works. So far so good and I would recommend to anyone wanting a hands off landlord experience.

I’ve had a very smooth experience working with the PPMS team. They have been incredibly supportive, and the guidance provided throughout my onboarding journey has been tremendously helpful. I’d especially like to highlight the continuous support from Jennifer, who has been my single point of contact at PPMS since Day 1.
