Platinum Association is an excellent company! Immediately after we hired them, they were successful in obtaining financing for new roofs on our 9 buildings and having them installed within 5 months! Our previous management company tried for 3 years and was unsuccessful! Now all our homeowners have good insurance and roofs that do not leak! Platinum was also able to get our lift station issues resolved immediately. We were losing so much money weekly prior to hiring them. All of Platinum's employees have an incredible work ethic, and they only hire vendors that have that same work ethic. I am President of Town Center HOA and since we hired Platinum Association Management Company our community has did a 180 Alexis has come in and put us on the right path going forward from the previous management company we had we were get charged for services that weren’t being done. Now we have gotten new roofs on our buildings and our lift station is up and running back to normal. This company is an A+ company.
