Platform Bainbridge Apartments has been a wonderful place to live. The staff is truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The maintenance team is efficient, responsive, and resolves issues quickly, which makes a huge difference. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the community. I highly recommend Platform Bainbridge Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to call home.

We are expected to keep it Marine corps field day ready at all times. I been here since they were built. Never missed a payment paid on time. Never had an issue until the new apartment manager took over. She gave me a $350 fine for smoking cigarettes in my apartment and threatened eviction over my laundry smelling like smoke. I told her to review the camera im outside every 20 to 30 minutes smoking. And vape in the living room and on my nightstand dip can on my entertainment center.

Currently renting at this apartment complex and I swear the only thing they care about is getting the rent money. If anything they are slumlords. They take their precious time fixing things or either they just don’t get to it. Don’t waste your time moving here and if you do, make it temporary.
