Plat 4 at Research Triangle

We moved to this location when the property was first built. We were the only ones in our building for months. Overtime the excitement in a new property and neighborhood dwindled. We were paying over $1,800 base plus amenities ($2100) for a 2BD/2BA apartment home when the rate for our space rented for $1,552 base rent in the current market. Even a negotiation at the turn of the lease wasn't lesser nor negotiable. The interior hallways in the buildings are not upkept and need cleaning and vacuuming terribly. When folks place their garbage cans in the hallway and the trash carrier picks it up, the carriers drag the trash up and down the stairs leaving debris and liquid that smells horrible. Living here has been nothing short of amazing, and I can honestly say this is the best apartment community I have ever been a part of. From the very first day, the staff has been welcoming, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel at home. They know people by name, host fun and engaging community events, and truly put effort into creating a space where everyone feels included. The property itself is always clean and well-maintained, and anytime I had a maintenance request, it was handled quickly and with care. I always felt safe here and appreciated how organized and professional everything was. I was relocating from out of state to Plat 4 @ RTP, and from the beginning of the process to becoming a resident, the staff has been remarkable! They actively look to engage the community through monthly activities, and have been very helpful and responsive to requests. The property is nice, the amenities are helpful, and the area is peaceful. I highly recommend this property!

Plat 4 is a great place to live! The management is very responsive and on top of things! Maesha, Linda, and Chantal are fantastic and will make sure to promptly address any issue that may arise! The apartments are very spacious and high quality. We are really enjoying our new home!
