ZERO STARS...The leasing staff help my deposit as long as they could before finally releasing it to me. I called the leasing office at least 8 times and never received a call back. I had to take time out of my workday to go there and confront the leasing agent, who by the way had so many excuses as to why she could not respond to any phone calls or emails. "our internet was down", " I was out of the office" and " I am too busy handling walk-ins to respond to calls or emails" the only way I was able to finally get some relief was by contacting their corporate offices. The leasing agent is very friendly before she gets your deposit and then disappears and ignores you. It was a very frustrating experience that I would not wish on anyone.

I had a maintenance service requested to replace my AC filter. Carlos, was one of the maintenance staff member that came by to do the replace for me. He realize that I didn't have any light in the hallway he went out of his way and change it for me something that I've been meaning to do myself. Thanks Carlos.

I enjoyed the tour by Mariam. The apartments weren’t bad but some were updated and some were not, I would prefer the newer models. Community seem quiet, and the amenities seemed to be up to part. I’m still considering them.

This place has gone so downhill. Maribel is incapable of actually doing her job (as she herself has said she's too busy to warn residents of people entering your home) or just simply unable to actually make a lease correctly. Her lack of professionalism & ability to hire good workers has caused numerous issues for me & damage to my personal.belongongs in my home. Its the cheapest in Plantation for a reason. Stay anywhere but here

Carlos was very attentive, called me prior to entering my home as I requested. He did a great job fixing g our garbage disposal, cleaned up after himself and sent me pictures and videos when job was completed. Thank you Carlos C.
