Very rude office lady she has personal issues with us ALL BECAUSE WE GO OUTSIDE WITH OUR FRIENDS TO THEIR SIDE! She spies on us and we have no privacy and she is really hard on my mom for no reason at all. Me and my sister aren’t even aloud anywhere but our porch and our dog can barley go outside to use the bathroom, this place is ghetto and police come literally every month and THE OFFICE LADY IS THE WORST, she even lied saying we don’t pay for our dog to stay here when we do. I suggest if you want a nice peaceful and helpful place to stay DO NOT STAY HERE. AND THE ROACHES ARE TERRIBLE THEY ARE EVERYWHERE AND THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!! AND WE HAVE THIS ON THE CEILING 🤢

I’ve been living here for months and still have the same issues. My bathroom ceiling has been leaking for months now and has been patched. After they patched it with some white spray stuff it still leaks! Now I have mold in my BATHROOM! I was told that they have to get roofers to fix the roof, but now they have switched ownership God only knows how long that’ll take. I have the feeling that my roof will never be fixed. My newborn child and I could end up getting severely sick from this! The only reason I am still here is because it’s close to my job, and the rent is sort of affordable.

I reported my roof leak when it first started Oct 4. No one came to fix only look at my room twice, that’s it! November 27 my bathroom roof collapsed in!!! And still no one seems to care!!! I was also told there are more units that look exactly like mine! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Very very friendly staff. Helpful. Concerned about what concerns you. Staff wants to make sure you are comfortable and there aren't any needs. Reasonable priced, quiet area, cute apartments. I changed my mind. After living here awhile THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! THE OFFICE CLOSES AT WILL, PHONES ARE NOT ANSWERED, AND THEY DO NOT FIX PROBLEMS IN MY APARTMENT. WATER IS COME IN TO MY BEDROOM FOR THE 3RD TIME. THEY HAD MY CARPET "CLEANED", BUT THE FLOOR STAYED WET FOR A WEEK SO OM NOT SURE HOW CAN THEY BE SURE, WHEN THE PADING WAS NOT CHECKED. THE PLACE IS DILAPIDATED AND NOT BEING KEPT UP. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

This place is horrible!! I have a huge hole where the persons showers leaks above me and made the huge nast black mold hole, not only that every time they take a shower and I'm in the shower it leaks on me. So yea, I don't know how sanitary that could be!!!! It has leaked all into my closet as well inside the walls causing mold. I have told them numerous times and still they have done nothing!!! Also the landlord came in without proper notice,which is a two day notice. Not only that I was in the shower when I heard all this going on. She quickly closed the door and walked away. I have a working phone they should have called a first!! She know she did wrong, because Alabama state law requires you to let someone know they are coming into your home unless it's a emergency.
