They are horrible. Customer service sucks. Also, to set up biweekly auto pay I couldn't do that online....they literally are stuck in the 90's....they had to snail mail me the form to setup biweekly payments and I had to complete the form and snail mail it back to them with a voided check.....it took almost 3 months to get that setup....IT IS 2025 paperless and online is the way NOT snail mailing paper forms!!!!!!! Plus when you call them the customer service reps know nothing....I could barely understand them and the call kept going in and out....NOT MY PHONE....the issue was on their end. Needless to say I am not with them.. Never chose them....my loan was transferred without notice from Amerisave.....worst experience ever....if I could give them a negative rating I would....

Have an issue with them on an insurance claim. Sent them the insurance check to endorse (expressed mailed). Just spoke with them today and they tell me the processor hasn’t reviewed my file and 2 emails were sent internally to push my file. Here I go again waiting for somebody to just say approve to overnight me my insurance check ( prepaid label I paid for) it’s been almost a week and over a month I still dont have a usable kitchen
