The Placer Title Team in Angels Camp is nothing short of amazing. Not only do they work together incredibly well but the communication and professionalism provided me with a smooth transaction and an all around wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this local title and escrow company.

We had two properties in escrow with Placer Title, ARNOLD, March 2020. Unknown to us staff from the Jackson Branch were also involved in our escrow. We did not receive appropriate attention to particulars even after my husband was assured by the Jackson Branch, disregarded. Documents sat idly on a desk for three business days because the employee was not in (Jackson). Mixed messages received, lots of back and forth, time lost. Not a Smooth transition. Entirely too many staff involved!

I love using Team Boitano on my escrows - Amanda and Chey are on top of their game, provide excellent service, are extremely responsive, and are great communicators. Five stars for sure!
