PJM Property Services

PJM Property has done a great job for us and I highly recommend them for anyone who has a vacation home in their service area. We live over two hours away from Cape May and having a good local property manager has been a big relief. We've relied on PJM for big items (arranged for emergency sewer line repair when roots blocked the pipe and storm-proofing the outside furniture when I wasn't able to get down to the house prior to the bad weather), finding reputable service providers (handyman, painters) and cleaning between renters. Very satisfied with everything PJM has done for us.

We have worked with PJM for periodic house cleaning for well over a year. I value their flexibility and responsiveness, their willingness to take “add-on” tasks, and their high levels of service. The friendliness of the crew is also terrific!

Unprofessional, trash cans overloaded parking lots got glass trash every where , allows people to sell unpermitted products on sidewalk . Whilst the stores pay rent to sell the stuff they need to sell to make the rents . The man in van is a fraud selling for fake donations...first responders and domestic violence. Fake
