I am currently renting a unit through this company and I do not recommend. I’m renting a town home and since the first month I moved in the garbage disposal switch kept having issues and one of the times we got blamed for it and got charged $125 The washer is a bit old and we kept getting a bad smell come out of it I put in a maintenance request I knew somebody was coming out to look at it but i never knew if something g got fixed or not but I noticed they billed me $225 My utility bills are coming out pretty high $210 OPPD and $289 MUD Never have I had these issues anywhere I have lived seems like the home is the problem but they make it look like it is our fault so that we pay for it Looking at the reviews now makes me scared of loosing my deposit and being billed for damages that we
