We rented with Pivotal Property Management for a year and had a great overall experience. The property was well-maintained, and any issues that came up were handled in a timely and professional manner. What really stood out to us was how flexible and supportive the team was when we needed to end our lease a month early due to purchasing a home. Kaelin, our property manager, went above and beyond to help make the transition smooth and stress-free. He was always communicative, understanding, and kind. We truly appreciated how accommodating they were during such a big life change. Would definitely recommend them to others looking to rent with a responsive and respectful management company.

I have been renting from Pivotal Property Management for two years now, and I am signing for a third year. Overall, extremely satisfied. I've rented from a lot of places throughout and after college, and this is the best company I've found. Great communication, quick and friendly maintenance, willing to work with you, well-maintained properties. There were recently some questions about my renewal due to travel for my career, but the management was willing to negotiate leasing terms with me until both parties were satisfied. They were professional, transparent, and considerate throughout. If you show that you're a trustworthy tenant and take care of the property, then management will work to take care of you. Plus, maintenance is always very friendly and respond to issues within 1-2 days

I absolutely cannot thank pivotal property enough for allowing me to grow my small business in their beautiful space. In fact, I’ve grown so much here I only had to move to expand for my business trainings. The management here was nothing short of amazing in all 4 years I was here. The location was centrally located in just the right area. It’s so bittersweet but anyone would be so lucky to have such great people to be apart of their journey. The BEST company in Louisville to rent from! I relocated here from Utah and they helped me every step of the way. The team at PPM is so kind, understanding, and responsive. They have worked with me every time I had a request or question. They keep their tenants updated, and check on us often. The maintenance team is amazing. When I first moved in, I noticed the towel rack in the bathroom was a little wobbly. In less than an hour it was replaced with a new one! My building is so clean! The apartments are so well kept, with no bugs or other pests in sight. All around an amazing place to rent from. Clean Buildings, Responsive Management, and Well-Priced. I have LOVED living here!

I've been renting through Pivotal Property for almost two years now. Any issues I've ever had were always met with a solution within 24 hours. My phone calls have always been returned and they are great about communication. The building itself is well maintained and I've never had any maintenance issues with my apartment. Ron has always been kind to me and I think he runs Pivotal Property well. Compared to other property management companies in Louisville, I'm glad to have rented from Pivotal and I would rent from this company again.
