A friend of mine used this company as a go between for a rent to own (she owned the house) once papers where signed she never heard from them again, to this day. The "rent to owners" moved out and he never let my friend know. She lost her husband over this (and no not by divorce, mental health is NO joke!) The house was a mess and smelled actually REAKED of human urine. The renters took all of the appliances, which were to be left there. If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would, for what they caused i would! Countless messages and text have went without anything in return. So RUN!!!! As fast as you can..... to another agent.
