I highly recommend this property. Close to all shopping and we'll maintained by the best property manager in Myrtle Beach, Angela Anderson. She maintains a well organized community.

If I could give the place zero stars I would for false advertisement on Zillow I called because Zillow had something that I could afford and come to find out the rent is not what it says it is on Zillow instead of it being 697 it's $1, 003a month not including your utilities what a pathetic sad outcome for people with disabilities if I could shut the place down I would because of false advertisement but I can't it's not realistic The lady I spoke with was okay she really didn't seem like she wanted to speak on the phone and answer the questions that needed to be answered I feel very sorry for the tenants that are being ripped off that live there when it says it is a low-income apartment complex sure don't seem like it won't be living there I'd rather buy my place than rent it
