I can’t say enough good things about Chris. He is incredibly responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in making sure residents have a positive experience. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, he’s been quick to respond and ready to help. His communication is clear, honest, and consistent, which makes a huge difference. It’s obvious he truly cares and takes pride in his work. Having a property manager like Chris makes this place feel well-run, supportive, and stress-free.

I’ve had a good experience living at Pier Village West so far. The leasing process was easy, the property is well maintained, and any issues I’ve had were handled in a timely way. Communication has been solid, and overall it’s been a comfortable place to live. I’d recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

Love everything about the apartment maintenance guy was absolutely the best overall no complaints. .Property manager Chris awesome gentleman caring asked the residents if they needed anything let him know will get to the problem solved. Thank you CHRIS!!!🙌🏽

I must say I was living at piper village for over a year now with my sister now am in my own apartment in the same complex i couldn't see me living no where else but piper village management Christopher is a 20000 he's on your every demand .he and his staff is top tire i couldn't make a better decision when I moved in this building
