I was in a crunch & needed to find a place for my family, quick. (A rental I had in place fell thru last minute). I had less than a week. I came across a property Sloan was managing, he was able to meet me to show the property the next day. He was prompt, professional & beyond polite! The application process was incredibly simple & within 2 hours I had my approval. 2 days later I had my keys & the moving began!! There was a slight hiccup with a drain pulley coming lose & again, he had it fixed the next day. In all the places I’ve lived over my life, never has someone been so attentive & efficient. I believe everything happens for a reason, & I couldn’t possibly be more grateful that I came across one of Pioneer’s properties!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!!

I’ve been with this company for more than 10 years. I rented a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath from them in 2010 to November 2020. They have been great landlords to my family. You can call them anytime and they will respond. They also have an online website where you can request assistance and even submit a picture of your issue. They are easy to work with and have been very understanding. The house was located in a great location .I loved the neighborhood that I was in, and my neighbors whom where like family to us. I had no complaints about this father and son team! The only reason I left was because my family was finally able to purchase instead of renting.

I have had the most wonderful experience renting with Pioneer Realty. The landlord is always a call away and even when I have experience any difficulties, they were always there to assist me. I definitely recommend renting with them. 10 out of 10.

I have been a tenant of Pioneer Realty for over 3-1/2 years. I originally saw an ad posted on Craigslist back in 2016 after my second hip replacement. This is a Father/Son run company. I find them to be extremely professional, empathetic, accommodating, direct, attentive to their tenants' needs, etc. They sit down with you and really listen to your desires regarding what you're seeking as far as property (size of bedrooms, kitchen, etc.). They won't just take your money and give you anything just to receive a profit. Trust me, in my 66 years on this earth, I have dealt with companies in my past, where the landlords don't repair anything, but just take your money and lead you to fend for yourself!
