Nicole was awesome!! We took weeks to figure out which house and what we were doing. The job changed a few times as far as location and Nicole was supportive, kind and patient. She was never pushy! She was honest and spent a lot of time going over things that we wanted to see. She spent a lot of time with us making sure we were seeing what we wanted, without putting any pressure on us. She was patient when we had our children, and extremely prompt even when she was not at work and we had questions!! We were thinking we would have to point out things to fix and at our walk through they had pretty much everything taken care of!

I worked with Devon on the sales side - who was always helpful and straight forward. On the loan side Seth helped out - he was always responsive and helpful - he even gave me his cell phone number so I could text him any questions. Overall buying a house can be a bit scary at parts - helps to work with people you feel are trying to help out. Seth, as an example, gave me advice that felt like he was prioritizing me over profit. I also read some of the reviews of the lender but found it not to be a problem in working with Seth.

Nicole at Century Communities provided exceptional service. She was patient, kind, and genuinely attentive to our application. However, my experience with their preferred lender, Inspire, was disappointing. They were consistently unresponsive, failing to return phone calls for two days despite voice messages left. While they did respond to emails, crucial one-on-one conversations, essential when dealing with such significant financial transactions, were absent. I had to escalate the issue to Century Communities to receive any response. Furthermore, while I explored options with three external lenders who were eager to assist, I learned that Century Communities does not offer incentives for using outside lenders.
