We decided to have our home inspected as we have two young daughters and wanted to make sure the house was as safe for them as it was when we moved in. We hired Tom from Pioneer at the recommendation of a friend who said he was excellent. Our friend was correct! Tom was meticulous and thorough. He explained things to us every step of the way. He found a lot of potential hazards that our original inspector missed. My wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We definitely recommend him!! He is also a heck of a nice guy, extremely personable.
