Pioneer Creek Townhomes

We have been here for 4 years. Roaches. Broken equipment not being fixed. Garbage. Broken glass. Used condoms in parking lot. Men loitering, drinking, leaving beer trash, urinating everywhere. Dog poo all over. The security gate has never worked. Homeless people stay at the picnic tables and live in the laundry room. Manager just locks the laundry room door. We got harassed because 1 homeless person didn’t believe us that we couldn’t unlock it. Smells like marijuana all the time. You can hear all in neighboring apts.fighting, people hitting their dog, people vomiting in the bathroom, laughing, sneezing, NO privacy. Loud parties till 4-5am with speakers the size of suitcases. Manager says call the police, police say they can’t do anything about trespassing without managers say so. People dr

I have been here for a month, and I love my place. It's nice and cozy and everyone minds their own business. I have put in 2 work orders for my Stove and Heater and as soon as I informed them of the issues, they immediately came to fix it. There isn't a bad roach investigation going on, if you keep your place clean and apply the proper maintenance of your apartment than you wouldn't have to see any of them. So far, I will give them a 10 for the way that I have been treated. I am referring others to move in here as well. The staff is so nice and very easy to talk to. If you need help with finding a place to leave that is affordable and quiet, you should choose Pioneer Creek Townhomes

Iris helped us move in and was informative and communicative the entire process. We were looking for a fresh start and Iris was a literal lifesaver! I can’t recommend her enough. Beautiful floor plan just enough for what we need.

I moved into Pioneer Creek Townhomes with hope and trust after speaking with the assistant manager, Milagro Chavez. She assured me that the low ratings were due to previous ownership and that the new management had fundamentally improved the property. Both she and her manager seemed professional and kind, which gave me confidence to sign the lease. Unfortunately, my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Within a week of moving in, I began facing serious issues. The units next to mine constantly smoke weed, and the smell seeps into my home. I’ve never smoked in my life, yet I now live as a passive smoker, worried about the health consequences. The nights are even worse. I leave for work early and return around 10 PM, exhausted. But instead of rest, I’m kept awake by loud shouting,

I’m so thankful for this apartment townhouse! The staff has been incredibly helpful and understanding — they gave us another chance to have a place we can truly call home. It means so much to me and my family. The inside is nice and roomy, with a great open space for the kids to play and feel comfortable. I really appreciate everything they’ve done for us!!
