I cannot express what a lovey experience I had with Allie when I came for a tour. She is absolutely a delight and kind-hearted soul filled with passion, great energy, and care and she took care of everyone there beautifully! She answered all my questions and beyond, she was patient and extremely thoughtful in considering things such as apartment views which I really appreciated and accenting her favorite apartment feature, the counter lights, which I absolute agree! My apartment search has been stressful and amongst a few other great experiences I have had with other places I have toured, my experience with Ellie shined the most and I left feeling very good, regardless of whether I am able to move in or not. Pinyon Apartments really stands out. The community looks clean, quiet, and well taken care of. Everything about the process so far has been easy and welcoming, and the management team makes a great first impression. Kris and Allie have been especially awesome to work with. They’re professional, kind, and always willing to help with any questions or details. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I’m really looking forward to being part of this community. If the staff and atmosphere are any indication, it’s going to be a great place to live!

I had the best experience with Melissa the manager there she was so nice so polite and just super helpful. I also worked with her assistant manager Kris which is even more pleasant to work with! So grateful to be moving into such a beautiful place with my budget in mind. Beauty and Savings! Everything your looking for right here! Highly recommend! I applied for this apartment and waited over a month without getting a clear approval or denial. They only contacted me once for more information, and even after I sent it, there was no update for weeks. After a month, they were still asking for documents instead of giving a decision. I understand losing the $25 application fee, but I didn’t expect to lose the $100 holding deposit too, especially with such a long process. I had to cancel because my current lease is ending. I lost $125 and a lot of time for nothing. Very disappointing experience.

Trust the process. The staff here especially Melissa and Chris have been extraordinary With their level of professionalism and Genuine care. This place just opened and is one of the nicest places in town for the best price and they are flooded with hundreds of people each day and they stand tall through it all! From living in my car to living life in my new living room. 10/10! Thank you
