Pino DEL SOL Apartments

My neighbors are incredibly loud and can’t control their kids. They yell at them constantly,And to make matters worse, they have the music going on until late at night, half the time. When I tried to contact management about the noise, they were rude and dismissive when I asked about the music and how loud it was. Even though the lease explicitly states that loud music is not allowed. Not to mention some kids on a scooter riding down top floor all the time making a ruckus , or will be in the way of the parking lot when entering or exiting and have no respect and no parent or guardian around.

I really enjoyed living there. Diana, the manager, she was wonderful. She was caring, kind and understood the residents needs. I'm going to miss her. Without the residents, how do a company make the money they want to charge?Had to move do to the great highly rent increase.

I enjoyed living there ..The manager is very professional and very helpful , they stay on top of maintenance work clean property!! Definitely recommend this place
