I would not recommend renting from Pinnacle Property Management LLC. The owner and property manager, Katrina Bonfili, may seem friendly and accommodating when you first want to sign the lease, but once you move in, you’ll see a completely different side. Future tenants should be very careful, inspect everything thoroughly, and get all agreements in writing. After moving in, she is unresponsive to issues, and it is unlikely that problems will be addressed.

Paul and Janet have managed my property for the past seven years. For me who was living out of state, it was important to have someone who was available and someone trustworthy. Paul and Janet have been completely honest from day one and I have always been able to count on them! They look after my home with more detail than I would!! I highly recommend Pinnacle Property Management for their great attention to detail in property management!!

Called and talked to Paul about a property they had in Fairmont. He was EXTREMELY rude, kept talking over me when I tried to ask him questions about the property, and then when I called the main office to file a complaint the lady on the phone didn't even seem to care. Although after reading a few comments in assuming its owned by husband and wife which would explain alot. Hopefully their customer service improves but I will not be considering Pinnacle when I decide on an apartment.
