Please don’t rent with them or even think about applying!! This was my first try of applying with pinnacle properties on October 21st 2025 not knowing I would have an absolute nightmare! They had a property available at Dudley grant Dr listed for $1,150 mind you I questioned this front office about the property and if that price was correct she said YES! The lady in the office her name is Kelly . I went inside because I decided to do a tour because the place was still available and she did state to me how it is first come first serve and that she hadn’t recieved any applications the day I was in there ! So once I did a tour everything looked amazing I then decided to go ahead and apply that same day October 21st, me and my bf both submitted an application all together that was $150! So aft

Rented with them for a year and did not expect good things, pleasantly surprised. Our AC went out one day and they came immediately the next morning after we notified them. At the end of the day all they care about is tenants paying their rent on time, as long as you can manage that and don't expect upscale or luxury, renting with them is a fine experience. They work as a middleman between private homeowners and tenants, difficulty surrounding repairs can stem from that issue, not necessarily their fault. Very responsive to claims about mold!

Been renting from them going on two years. No issues. Mrs. Kelly may appear to be mean, but she's sweet as pie! My AC went out one night, and they came the next day to fix it. I would recommend 10/10.

If I could leave 0 stars I would staff is very rude ! Especially LINDA! Upon moving out they will tact on random fees even though the unit was left perfectly fine they came up with all these false " Damages" that is wrong with the unit. They will do everything to not to pay you your deposit back! They had me & my family living in awful conditions. They did not want to fix anything! They would come and do temporary fixes on the unit. Like glue the door shut when we let them know it was coming apart they had termites eating up the front door and around it. They did not want to replace anything! Bats living in their walls & when we let them know they did not respond! It's so much more that happen.

Paid $75 for an application after calling 100x someone finally picked up the phone! Just for Kelly to tell me that the requirements are you have to make 3x the rent and you have to have a credit score of 525. She told me my credit was the problem bc it was at a 522! which is a lie my credit score is in the late 600’s more than qualified!!!!! Not a thing on my record and I have a good job!!! I feel like they pick and choice who they wanna lease to! I’ll never try to apply to anything they own again!! 0/10 don’t recommend!!
