We hired Steve to complete a home inspection, WDO inspeciton, wind mit, and 4 point and could not be happier! From the get-go he was very receptive and prompt in his responses via email/phone. His prices were competitive as well. I had asked for a sample inspection and he was more than willing to send me one to review. The day of the inspection, he arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with in person! He was very thorough, personable, and walked us through his findings.
